ActionAid UK: Online donations centre and store

That's why Ichameleon was keen to ensure ActionAid's online store and donations centre was robust, reliable, powerful and secure.
Developed to intergrate with our CMS, the store includes a management system that gives ActionAid staff complete control over every aspect of this crucial income stream. ActionAid can add new products and appeals simply and efficiently as well as managing orders and payments all through a series of intuitive screens.
Donations can be made by credit or debit card, and via a paperless direct debit. The system even allows ActionAid to set up regular donations from a credit card.
Launched during late 2004 the store was given the ultimate test during the urgent appeal for donations following the Asia Tsunami Disaster, when thousands of people made donations in only a few hours.
