London Development Centre tackles issues surrounding the provision of care for mental health patients in London.
Following on from our successful implementation of the email newsletter management system, London Development Centre asked Ichameleon to provide an improved Content Management System and Intranet.
During discussions with LDC, we discovered inefficienties in their internal systems for managing and updating contacts databases at each workstation.
Ichameleon implemented our own Treeline Content Management System, and also developed specialist functions to synchronise each employee's contacts database via a web interface.
Other features of the solution include:
- Multiple administrator access
- Non-technical staff can create web pages, including complex formatting, using a simple, Word-style editor.
- Simple menu management sytsem.
- Online events calendar and application system.
- Syndicated content, sharing information with other websites automatically.
- An Intranet which staff use for managing a calendar of internal and public events, a central contacts database, and functions to produce delegate lists and mailmerge printing of address labels for distributing tickets.
